At AliJ Designs, each pillow cover is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the personal nature of home décor textiles, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on custom pieces, personalized items, or gift cards.

Exchanges / Refunds
Since our decorative pillows are made in small batches with quality craftsmanship, we do not offer exchanges or refunds unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
